Our all-inclusive wedding reception decor rentals packages provide your reception with everything you need to transform your venue into an elegant affair. We provide the decorative linens, head table backdrop, specialty table decor, guest table decor, centrepieces, candles, and other accents.
Our prices include décor rentals*, full set up, professional styling, next-day dismantling & delivery.
Premier Decor Package

Our basic wedding decor package includes access to our white, black, satin and organza linens, signature centrepieces, dozens of candles
Head table + backdrop: (up to 10 feet)
white single layered draping, string lights. Head table with Ivory satin overlay, candles, vases for bridal bouquet
Cake table: white polyester tablecloth + table top decor accents
Gift table: tablecloth + table top decor accents
Guest tables: linens (tablecloth + table runners- satin or organza), candles, table top décor accents

Diamond Decor Package
starting at

Our most elaborate wedding decor package includes access to our sequin and other luxe linens, stunning centrepieces, dozens of candles, Chiavari chairs, uplighting and colour washing (if desired)
Head table backdrop: (up to 40 feet) colored draping, double layered with luxury (sequin) draping, uplighting, silk flowers and greenery
Cake table: luxury linens, candles, silk flowers, vases, other table top decor accents
Gift table: luxury linens, candles, silk flowers, vases, other table top decor accents
Guest tables: linens (tablecloth + luxury table runners or overlays), candles, silk flowers, vases, table numbers, other table top decor accents.

WEDDING WITH 250+ GUESTS?
Our package prices are designed for weddings with 250 guests or less.
Having a larger wedding? Not a problem! We simply charge a per guest fee for each guest over 250, between $5 - $7. For example, if your wedding is 300 guests, we would add $250 - $350 to your total package price.
